After starting a website, I sold on Ebay for a couple years. My bead shop opened in June of 2010 in Cobden, IL. I sell all sorts of jewelry making supplies in my shop as well as my handmade jewelry.
My husband is a lampwork beadmaker and makes beads which are for sale in our shop. Many of the focal beads on necklaces and lampwork beads on my earrings and bracelets are his beads. So you might call us a creative team!
I worked at SIU Carbondale for 30 years and just retired the end of December 2011. I now run my shop full time while still making all the jewelry I sell in the shop and on Etsy!!
